The heart behind Function First Florida!

Diana J. Jones, BCBA and Anna Fiore, BCBA founded Function First Florida with one simple mission — to make ABA feel centered again.

With years of experience across clinical, home, and community settings, they dreamed of a place where science meets heart, and where clients of all ages can learn, grow, and celebrate every success — big or small.

Together, they lead a team of compassionate professionals who bring creativity, collaboration, and a whole lot of FUN into every session.
